The sensor weighs 2.5 g, is 0.28 in. high, has an adhesive mount, and contains 3 miniature quartz shear-mode accelerometer elements mounted to a single support and welded into a titanium housing. F.S. range is ±500 g, each axis; frequency response is 1.5–10,000 Hz (–5% to 15%); linearity is 1% F.S.; and max. vibration is ±600 g.
