The Model FT260 from Stellar Technology Inc., Amherst, NY, is a rugged, all-welded SS miniature pressure transducer with a flush diaphragm to resist the accumulation of residue that can clog traditional pressure port configurations. Pressure ranges are from 0–2000 psi through 0–10,000 psig/psia with static accuracy of ±0.25% BFSL, standard 3 mV/V output at 70°F, and an operating temperature range of –100°F to 300°F. Burst pressure is at least 3 times F.S. range. The compact 3.5 oz. sensor has a sensing element machined from a single piece of steel. Applications include aerospace and automotive hydraulic pressure measurement and applying sealants and paints.
