The SLICE PRO from Diversified Technical Systems (DTS) Inc., Seal Beach, CA, is a stand-alone modular, crash-hardened DA system that offers up to 200 kHz bandwidth and sampling rates from 250 sps to 1 Msps/channel. The system incorporates controller, filters, transducer excitation, gain amplifiers, and 16-bit ADC; is shock-rated to 100 g; and writes data directly to 16 GB of flash memory. The system is offered in 9- or 18-channel modules and supports bridge, IEPE, MEMS, strain, load, temperature, and other sensor types. It meets NHTSA, FAA, ISO 6487, and SAE J211 DA requirements. The 18-channel modules are 52 × 90 × 80 mm.
