The Q-521 piezo-driven linear positioner measures 21-mm wide and comes with travel ranges of 12 mm, 22 mm, and 32 mm. Several options are available for the Q-521 stage series such as open-loop designs, low-cost closed-loop versions, and high-end feedback sensors providing 1-nm resolution.
