Micronas Purchases LTX-Credence Diamond Systems

MILPITAS, CA (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LTX-Credence Corp. (Nasdaq:LTXC), a global provider of cost-optimized ATE solutions, announced that Micronas, a leading supplier of automotive and industrial integrated circuits, has selected the Diamond as a major enhancement to its test platforms for mixed-signal products. Micronas is using Diamond for all aspects of their test engineering and operations including wafer sort and final test.
