MEMS Mass-Flow Sensor Outfits Respiratory Equipment
Wisentech Ltd.

A product of sensor fusion, the FS1022 series mass flow sensors are designed for respiratory ventilators such as Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices. The sensors integrate a MEMS mass flow sensor with a MEMS pressure sensor that provides the measurements necessary for CPAP ventilators. Features include a mass flow rate range from -30 to +130 SLPM and a gauge pressure range of -5 ~+40 cmH2O. Additionally, it provides linear digital and analog output for convenient system integration. A datasheet is available at
