Tailored for cost-sensitive applications, the SM9541 MEMS low-pressure sensor offers a 14-Bit resolution and 1% accuracy with 0.2% full-scale offset stability per year. The component is available in pressure ranges of 10, 20, 40, and 100 cm∙H2O (0.14, 0.3, 0.6, and 1.4 psi). Features include an I2C digital interface, an industry-standard JEDEC compliant SOIC-16 footprint, temperature range from -5ºC to +65ºC, and a supply voltage of 3.3V.
