The Q42 from TURCK, Minneapolis, MN, is a dual-axis inclinometer with a CANopen interface for angular tilt detection. Suited for use on mobile equipment and off-road vehicles, the sensors have angle measurement ranges of ±10°, ±45°, and 60° and measure angular tilt in reference to gravity. The sensing element is a MEMS capacitive accelerometer. Applications include controlling tilt angle, leveling platforms, and controlling a dancer.
