Unveiling as the latest addition to the company’s MEMS sensor line, the JMI-100/200 inclinometers are described as versatile, lightweight, and robust sensors providing a low-cost alternative to most traditional inclinometers. The sensors employ MEMS capacitive technology and are available in single (JMI-100) or dual-axis (JMI-200) configurations. Measuring ranges of ±14.5°, ±30° and ±90° are available with a 3 milliradian resolution and ±5 Vdc output. Other features include a lightweight aluminum enclosure with an IP65 seal, the ability to withstand up to 100g of shock, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
