MedAssets Awards Multiyear Contract to LifeSync

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL /PRNewswire/ -- LifeSync Corp., a wireless ECG data communication system innovator, was awarded a multiyear contract for the sale of the LifeSync wireless ECG system, which includes disposable ECG LeadWear products, with MedAssets Supply Chain Systems, effective February 1. MedAssets Supply Chain Systems is one of the largest group purchasing and supply chain services in U.S., serving more than 125 health systems, including 2500 hospitals. The LifeSync wireless ECG system offers patient safety and productivity solutions to hospitals. The system, which works with a hospital's installed patient monitoring equipment, untethers patients from lead wires and can increase the accuracy of patient alarms and decrease the risk of hospital-acquired infections. Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on customized marketing promotions to MedAssets' customers.
