The SFC5000 Series digital mass flow controller specifies a control range of 1000:1 and a settling time of 50 ms. Based on the company’s CMOSens Technology, the controller combines a high-precision sensor element and the analog and digital signal processing circuitry on a single CMOS silicon chip. It features both analog and digital interfaces, enabling more features such as optional multi-gas, gas recognition and self-test capability. The SFC5000 Series mass flow controller operates from a standard supply voltage of 14 to 24 Vdc and can be used with input pressures up to 10 bar (145 psi).
