BMF magnetic field cylinder sensors from Balluff Inc., Florence, KY, are designed to fit either C- or T-slot extrusions, fit flush into the slot, and require no additional brackets for mounting. The sensors are based on noncontact, solid-state sensor technology compatible with both reed and Hall effect magnetic pole orientations. BMF 204 and BMF 214 sensors are C-slot styles, the BMF 236 sensor is a T-slot style, and the V-Twin magnetic field devices have 2 sensors for C-slot and T-slot with a single connector. All sensors feature short circuit, overload, and reverse polarity protection and a lifetime warranty.
