Maconic Shunt Resistors Enable DC Measurements In The kA Range
Knick USA

The company’s latest line of maconic shunt resistors offer dc-current measurements up to the kA range and are said to do so with best-in-class accuracy and reliability. Each model is size and performance optimized for its intended task with Class 0.5 and Class 0.2 accuracy. Features include a rod-based design for reliable heat dissipation, bars constructed of high-conductivity manganin, and three-port isolated transmitters rated at 3.6 kV working and 15 kV test voltage. Shunts are available for currents up to 15kA with voltage drops from 50 mV through 300 mV. For more specs, go to http://www.knickusa.com/products/maconic-shunt-resistors
