Machine Vision Cameras Deliver High Res At High Speeds

Mikrotron’s latest family of high–resolution high–speed CoaXPress, the EoSens 25CXP+ and EoSens 12CXP+ are powered by an advanced OnSemi PYTHON CMOS sensor, The pair offers 70% more sensitivity over the previous generation of 25 Megapixel CoaXPress cameras. The CXP+ camera models feature a compact, fanless design measuring 80 mm x 80 mm x 66 mm and are engineered for use in rough environments. Both models have a global shutter, photo-sensitivity of 5.8 V/lux*s @ 550 nm, and come with a four-channel CXP-6 CoaXPress V1.1 interface that transmits data at speeds up to 25 Gigabits per second in real time. EoSens 25CXP+ delivers 80 fps at a 5,120 x 5,120 pixel resolution and the EoSens 12CXP+ cranks out 165 fps at a 4,096 x 3,072 pixel resolution. Windowing down the image resolution further increases the frame rate up to 765 fps for 1,024 x 768 pixel resolution.
