Meggitt Sensing Systems, Germantown, MD, offers Wilcoxon Research 786A-M12, 787AM8-M12, and 787BM8-M12 M12-style, general-purpose, 100 mV/g vibration sensors for industrial vibration monitoring. Sensors have excellent sensitivity tolerance, an 80 g acceleration range, and have an operating temperature range up to 120°C. Models available are the top-exit 786A-M12 with ±5% sensitivity tolerance; the low-profile, side-exit 787AM8-M12 with ±5% sensitivity; and the low-profile, side-exit 787BM8-M12 with a ±10% sensitivity tolerance. Applications include industrial machinery health monitoring of rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, compressors, vibrating conveyors, chillers, and turbines.
