Low-Profile Alignment Stages Deliver Precision Performance

Optimal Engineering Systems’ low-profile, XYθ (theta) stages target high-precision alignment applications with 12 models in two precision grades. The stages move in an XY-plane and rotate around the center of the XY-plane and offer linear travels from ±2 mm x ±2 mm to ±30 mm by ±30 mm. They can also rotate around the center of the XY plane up to ±6O. Four models have solid tables sized from 100 mm x 100 mm to 200 mm x 200 mm, and eight stages from 250 mm x 250 mm to 1500 mm x 1500 mm are hollow core, open-frame stages.
