STMicroelectronics’ TSB712A precision op amp promise to maintain stable parameters over wide voltage and temperature ranges. Fully specified over a supply-voltage range of 2.7V-36V, or ±1.35V to ±18V, the TSB712A is specified over the extended temperature range, from -40°C to +125°C, with maximum offset drift of 2.8µV/°C.
Other features include an input voltage noise of 12 nV/√Hz, input offset voltage of 300 µV, 6-MHz gain-bandwidth product (GBW) and 3V/µs slew rate. For more bandwidth in circuits where higher gain is required, the decompensated TSB7192A has 22-MHz GBW with comparable current consumption and low noise.
