Groomed for a plethora of designs and applications, nine families of low-cost MEMS-based inclinometers expand the company’s already comprehensive portfolio. Models span from 0.01° to temperature compensated 0.0008° resolution. The sensors rely on chip-based technology, consisting of a suspended mass between two capacitive plates to cover up to ±90° of their full range outputs. Dual and single axis models are available with analog voltage or current outputs as well as RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, and CAN bus outputs.
