CAS DataLoggers Inc., Chesterland, OH, and Novus Automation offer the v1.2.2 software upgrade for Novus' FieldLogger DA and SCADA systems. The software upgrade adds improved export speed for downloaded data and chart viewing; enhanced Modbus-TCP communication; corrections to certain string translations and on the Diagnostics screen; and other user-suggested changes. The Novus FieldLogger has 8 configurable analog inputs that can read thermocouples, Pt100 and Pt1000 RTDs, and voltage and current signals; has 2 relay outputs; 8 digital I/O; 24-bit measurements at up to 1000 sps; mathematical channels; up to 32 alarm events; and RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces.
