Primed for power-management chores in portable/mobile devices, the TCK111G and TCK112G load switch ICs exhibit an on resistance of 8.3 µΩ at 5V and 1.5A for load conditions. They offer reverse current blocking, a thermal shutdown function, low quiescent current, a wide input voltage from 1.1V to 5.5V, an inrush current suppressing slew rate control driver, and an output auto-discharge function offered as an option on the TCK112G. Additionally, the devices come in a 0.5-mm pitch WCSP6C measuring 1 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.5 mm.
