The Model 4710 from Calex Mfg. Co. Inc., Concord, CA, is a DIN rail mount, self-contained, DC-powered module designed for load cell, strain-gauge, or single-ended analog amplification and filtering. The module contains a precision instrumentation amplifier, filtered output, and a built-in 10 V excitation supply that can drive a 350 ohm bridge. Input range is 0–30 mV for compatibility with most strain-gauge-based load cell or pressure transducer outputs. The filtered output is a 0–10 VDC signal with a DC to 10 Hz frequency response.
