Ready for heavy-duty industrial and civil-engineering applications, the LV-45 series linear position sensors employ proprietary inductive technology. This allows them to replace traditional DC-LVDTs in most applications. A simple coil design yields a shorter, more rugged sensor that operates over a wider temperature range than its DC-LVDT counterparts. Also, SenSet, a range-adjustability feature, allows users to scale zero and full span output to the actual range of motion of the device under observation. Features include 100-mm, 150-mm, 200-mm, 250-mm, and 300-mm ranges, an operating temperature from -40ºC to +85ºC, 0 to 10-Vdc or 4-mA to 20-mA outputs, and axial or radial connectors or cable terminations.
