Using advanced technology from AirDefense, enhanced wireless intrusion protection systems (IPS) will be integrated with Symbol's new Wireless Next Generation (Wi-NG) architecture to enable security on Symbol's RF switch products. The AirDefense Enterprise Wireless IPS will be integrated with the Symbol Wi-NG architecture and use Symbol access points as sensor devices.
