The G/LL65 liquid-level-contents gauge allows fuel-tank designers to fit a single device where previously they may have needed three separate devices. In addition to the mechanical level indication, the gauge provides two electrical outputs: a continuous liquid level signal and a level switch that triggers when the contents reach a prescribed level. Other features include an extruded aluminium stem and nylon header and unique magnetic coupling between the float-driven spiral and the gauge pointer. This coupling removes a potential leak path and eliminates any chance of liquid from the tank entering the gauge capsule.
