Inkjet Solution Streamlines Development of Printable Electronics

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel /BUSINESS WIRE/ --PixDro Ltd., an inventor, developer, and manufacturer of inkjet technologies and dispensing printing technologies, has recently installed its LabP150 high precision inkjet laboratory system at the Creavis Technologies & Innovation facility in Marl, Germany. Creavis is the incubator for new strategic business fields of Degussa AG, Dusseldorf. PixDro's inkjet system uses PixDro's MEMS inkjet head technology and Xaar inkjet technologies.

PixDro's LabP150 inkjet printer is used to streamline the development of printable electronics applications. It is capable of 5-micron accuracy and has an optical alignment system and a drop-viewing utility. In addition, several options are available, such as inert enclosures, up to four print units, and integration with a variety of other inkjet head vendors.

PixDro print systems are driven by PixDro's PrintGen proprietary software, providing complete control over the printing process by means of suitable print strategies for the target applications. PrintGen enables printing of large homogenous areas and fine patterns as required in the plastic electronics industry. PixDro's main applications are related to OLED & displays, LCD's, sensors, solar, packaging, PCBs, and other organic and inorganic printable applications.
