Embarking as the latest member of the NIRvana family of InGaAs imaging cameras, the NIRvana 640ST is designed for scientific imaging applications in the shortwave infrared range. Specifying resolution and sensitivity from 900 to 1,700 nm, the camera employs the latest-generation 640 x 512 InGaAs array with peak quantum efficiency greater than 80%.
