The Limitless WDRR from Honeywell Sensing and Control, Minneapolis, MN, is a wireless DIN rail receiver for industrial, construction, machine, material handling, and heavy transportation applications. The device is designed to receive wireless signals from up to 14 different position-sensing switches and communicate the individual switch status to a PLC or other controllers capable of receiving NPN/PNP inputs. The receiver is part of the company's Limitless family of wireless network products, features advanced power management, uses the company's license-free RF wireless 802.15.4 WPAN 2-Honeywell Limitless WDRR protocol, and provides a 305 m line-of-sight communication range.
