The Endevco Model 6233C from Meggitt Sensing Systems, San Juan Capistrano, CA, is a rugged, piezoelectric charge-output accelerometer designed for continuous operation to 482°C with a long MTBF. Standard ranges are 10, 50, or 100 pC/g. Features include a highly balanced differential output, performance stability over temperature, and a wide operational bandwidth. The self-generating device requires no external power source for operation. Applications include high-precision vibration monitoring of high-temperature jet and turboprop engines, helicopter and rotorcraft HUMS, gas turbines, and nuclear power plant machinery and equipment.
