Photron’s FASTCAM Mini UX50 embarks as a rugged and lightweight high-speed camera employing a 1.3-Mpixel (1,280 x 1,024 pixels) sensor that operates at 2,000 fps at full resolution, 2,500 fps at 720 HD resolution, and up to 160,000 fps at reduced resolution. The system is designed for a wide variety of tasks, including biomechanics, life sciences, fluid dynamics, defense and aerospace research, material sciences, and on- and off-board high-speed imaging in automotive safety applications.
