High-Speed Cameras Enlist Sony & CMOSIS Sensors

The company’s Thunderbolt-technology ready cameras employ the latest sensors from Sony. These are the IMX174 and CMOSIS CMV20000. As a result, the cameras provide speeds and direct access to computer memory at 10 and 20 Gbit/s respectively. The model MT200 is based on CMV20000 20-Mpix sensors. Full resolution of this CMOS sensor with Global Shutter can be achieved at 30 fps in 12-bit mode. The camera also features an active EF-mount interface for control of dynamic aperture and focus. The model MT023 is integrated with the Sony IMX174 CMOS sensors featuring Pregius technology. The camera delivers full sensor resolution of 2.3 Mpix at 12-bit/pix 128 fps, or 10-bit/pix at 165 fps. Its design features a housing measuring 26 mm x 26 mm x 38 mm and can be bus powered.
