The MDWI06 series isolated and regulated dc/dc converters come in a small 16 pin DIP package measuring 0.94 in. x 0.54 in. x 0.31 in. The series consists of 14 models offering 9 to 36 Vdc and 18 to 75 Vdc input ranges with single and dual output models ranging from 3.3 to 24 Vdc delivering 6W of output power. All models feature an I/O isolation of 1.5 kVdc, efficiency up to 86%, operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C (derating above 75°C), no minimum load requirement, low no-load power consumption, shielded metal package, an EMI filter meeting EN55022 Class A, under-voltage lockout, and overload and short-circuit protection.
