A first for the company, AltaSens is soon offering its first sensor meeting all AEC-Q100 specs at operational temperatures up to +85°C. The AL30205C-85 and its supporting ASIC, the Wide Dynamic Range Processing Unit (ALWPU) with dynamically programmable wide dynamic range signal processing, have already been fully qualified to JESD-47 along with Qualification of Integrated Circuits and elements per JESD22, JESD85, and JESD78. These specifications duplicate many of the requirements of the AEC specification. The AL30205C-85 and ALWPU also meet all RoHS and REACH environmental requirements. Sensors and ASICs qualified from 0°C to +60°C are already in mass production.
