The automotive grade HCM1A high-current power inductors employ an alloy powder core material capable of withstanding stresses found in vehicle engine compartments.They withstand the effects of thermal aging and protect against corrosion to provide dependable electronic systems. HCM1A inductors are AEC-Q200 Automotive Grade 1 compliant that specifies -40°C degrees to +125°C as the minimum and maximum range of ambient temperatures in which a component can be safely operated. They are available in surface mount packaging with a range of sizes and heights beginning at 3 mm.
