Capable of withstanding up to 30k Rad, the ADS-1011 Series a/d converters (ADCs) are serial-output, low-power 10-bit ADCs ready for deployment in harsh environments. Residing in 24-pin LCC hermetically-sealed ceramic packages, each ADC features no missing codes and delivers reliable performance across one of three temperature ranges: 0°C to +70°C; -40°C to +100°C; -55°C to +125°C. Operating from supplies ranging from +2.7V to +5.5V, other features include less than 2 mW at 50-kHz throughput and a 2.5 µs conversion time. Pricing for the ADS-1011LC is $29 each/1,000.
