AUBURN HILLS, MI -- Henniges Automotive Holdings, Inc. has formed a strategic alliance with Anhui Tuosheng Auto-Parts Co., LTD (ATA), a supplier based in Guangde, Anhui Province in China.

Through this partnership, Henniges Automotive and ATA will share a technical and manufacturing alliance to support the anti-vibration needs of a key customer, enabling Henniges to grow its business platform and further expand its global footprint.
