AUBURN HILLS, MI -- Henniges Automotive Holdings, Inc. has formed a strategic alliance with Anhui Tuosheng Auto-Parts Co., LTD (ATA), a supplier based in Guangde, Anhui Province in China.

Through this partnership, Henniges Automotive and ATA will share a technical and manufacturing alliance to support the anti-vibration needs of a key customer, enabling Henniges to grow its business platform and further expand its global footprint. ATA serves as a major supplier of rubber dampening and other rubber products that reduce vibration. The company also provides material preparation, product assembly and testing for efficiency and durability to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide.

"This strategic alliance with ATA is one of many new global initiatives for Henniges Automotive, allowing us to better support key customers in emerging markets around the world," said Christian Lempfer, Henniges global director for anti-vibration. "Our significant expertise in global product adaptation has contributed to our company's long history of designing and manufacturing innovative anti-vibration solutions that continue to keep vehicles quiet."

With locations in six countries across three continents, Henniges is a leading supplier of high-performance anti-vibration systems locally and for the automotive industry worldwide, focused on creating innovative solutions for quality fit and function in any situation. Having the ability to leverage ATA's world-class production and testing equipment allows Henniges Automotive to add value to its existing customer relationships.

"We are continuously looking for opportunities to advance our technologies and solutions to drive results that support the rapidly increasing needs of our customers in the region and see this partnership as mutually beneficial," said Charlie Ren, Henniges regional vice president for anti-vibration in China. "In addition to sharing our expertise and resources, we look forward to utilizing ATA's extensive experience working with OEMs in the Chinese market and strengthening our presence in the region."

In addition to this strategic alliance, Henniges Automotive will open a technical and tooling center in Beijing, China on Sept. 1, 2015.
