For difficult part-detection chores, the Q3X laser contrast sensor can detect up to 2,000 events per second. It features a small laser spot, speeds as fast as 250 μs, and a sensing range up to 300 mm. Employing a unique angled, three-digit display of signal intensity, the Q3X provides high visibility of operating conditions from multiple angles. For an intuitive user setup, it provides two tactile buttons located below the display. Additionally, the sensors are rated to IP67, IP68, and IP69K for enhanced protection to water submergence and high-pressure washdown.
