Green Laser Diode Module Works Off Low-Voltage Supply

IMM Photonics expands its existing range of laser diode modules for better visual perception of green light (520 nm – 530 nm). Its latest series of green laser diode modules deliver an output power of 0.9 mW and 5 mW while operating from a 2.4V voltage supply. The modules are available in the form of dot lasers as well as line lasers, and can be used as pilot lasers and in alignment systems. An analog modulation input is also available as an option, which can be used for external power setting.
