The model SMI-L single-axis, force balanced inclinometer promises the same high performance and low cost as the company’s Emerald Series but with a 4 to 20 mA output. Units operate as a three-wire current loop (Power, Return, Signal) for use with any 4 to 20 mA PLC or data logger. Standard ranges are ±3° to +/-90° (0º = 12mA). Using a two-pole Butterworth filter, the SMI-L also delivers reliable noise rejection. Custom ranges and filter passbands are also available on request.
