The PT12 Series from Process Measurement & Controls (PMC) Inc., Danbury, CT, is designed to measure pressure and level in processes where clogging of the diaphragm face is of concern. Fixed-range versions are offered in 7 standard F.S. gauge pressure ranges from 0–1 to 0–150 psi. Output is a standard 2-wire, 4–20 mA output. The 1 in. dia. transmitter can be installed flush with the inside wall of 2 in. dia. pipes and larger tanks, eliminating any buildup of solids that can occur with conventional flange-mount and recessed diaphragm-type pressure transmitters.
