DRAPER, UT -- Strategic Partners, Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. and HTK Engineering, LLC have entered into a Controls and Distribution Agreement with Ann Arbor, MI based New Eagle.
Under this strategic agreement, New Eagle will serve as the primary supplier of controller systems (hardware and software) for the patented BrakeAlerttm System developed by HTK whose system configuration features Flexpoint's custom Bend Sensors®. In addition, New Eagle, which was recognized as a "2015 Michigan 50 Companies to Watch Award Winner," will immediately become a Distributor for the BrakeAlerttm System to its established and "ever expanding" customer base.
New Eagle began work with HTK in 2011 when system design for BrakeAlerttm began. "I have been so impressed with the New Eagle team since day one. New Eagle quickly established themselves as a trusted advisor on the embedded system controller solution that we needed to meet the specific and extreme design demands of our system.
