The First Bracelet That Measures Sun Exposure

LAS VEGAS, NV – Netatmo unveils JUNE, the first bracelet that measures sun exposure. It advises women how to protect their skin on a daily basis from the effects of the sun. Sun exposure can cause sunburn and lead to premature skin aging, even on overcast days. JUNE and its companion App offer a new serenity in the sun.

JUNE tracks UV intensity in real-time and the total sun exposure absorbed by the user's skin throughout the day. Depending on the woman's skin type, the App calculates the suggested maximum daily exposure. Every woman can monitor their sun dose measured in percentage throughout the day. To avoid sun damage, the App can notify the user when to protect their skin. The App also features a summary of time spent in the sun, allowing the user to see when the UV rays impact on the skin was most intense during the day.

The App advises women on how to maintain beautiful skin. The bracelet observes the habits of the user and the companion App determines the recommended sun protection for their skin type whether it be applying SPF, putting on a hat, wearing sun glasses or seeking out shade. Versatile, JUNE can be worn as a bracelet or a brooch. Created by French jewelry designer Camille Toupet in the spirit of a diamond with glimmering facets, JUNE comes in three colors: gold, platinum and gunmetal. The suggested retail price is $99.

The JUNE App will be available for free download and will be compatible for iPhone 4S and above. For more info, go to http://www.netatmo.com/en-US/site
