Engineering Spreadsheet Software from DSP

DSP Development Corp.

DADiSP 6.5 from DSP Development Corp., Newton, MA, is the latest version of the company's engineering spreadsheet for technical data analysis. The software supports the processing of multichannel data displayed in a stripchart recorder plot. Calculations on a stripchart extend each trace and automatically produce a corresponding output stripchart. The software also provides seamless execution of MATLAB code directly from DADiSP, with the software processing any built-in or custom MATLAB function or script as if it were a native DADiSP function. Other features include support for both function- and file-based static and global variables, inclusion of GUI specifications and related SPL functions, mouse-based visual data editing, enhanced shape and text annotations, .NET and ActiveX event handing, and >100 new built-in and SPL routines.
