Introduced as a cost-effective, shunt-based enclosed module, the SFP102MOD is capable of current measurements to 375A, with 45-µA resolution. Attributed to the company’s Continuous Calibration technology, the module achieves ±0.25% accuracy for any current magnitude, as long as the module is operating within the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. When attached to properly-sized cables and busbars, it operates with 200A continuous current, producing less than a +45°C temperature rise. Users requiring greater accuracy, individually calibrated units are available that achieve 0.05% accuracy up to 50A, and 0.1% accuracy up to 200A. Price for a standard module is $48 each/100.
