The MIL-PRF-38534 specification establishes quality criteria for the manufacturing of hybrid microcircuits and ensures that the production of these products is consistently reliable and high quality to meet its robust performance standards. e2v was awarded this certification after an extensive audit of the test and quality flows in e2v’s manufacturing facility in Milpitas, CA.
By achieving this specification, e2v now delivers MCM capabilities to its customers for space-critical applications that demand the integration of many functions into a small footprint. MCMs are ideal for complex or high-speed functions that require minimal signal delay, and are needed in a small, lightweight package.
The DLA provides military specifications, standards and test methodologies for electronic components, as well as logistics services for the US Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, US federal agencies and partner nation armed forces.
