Sensors are available with F.S. measurement ranges from 250–5000 psi, sensitivities up to 20 mV/psi, and feature solid-state construction, no moving parts, SS housings, high-frequency response, and the ability to monitor dynamic pressures while subjected to high static background pressure. The ICP devices provide a conditioned output signal, have acceleration-compensated quart sensing elements, and can detect rapid pressure transients, pulsations, turbulence, noise, and spikes. Applications include evaluating liquid rocket injectors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, exhaust systems, compressors, turbines, pumps, pipelines, jet engines, and weapons discharge.
