Maxim Integrated Products, Sunnyvale, CA, offers the 65 Msps MAX19515, 100 Msps MAX19516, and 130 Msps MAX19517 pin-compatible family of dual-channel, 10-bit ADCs. The devices consume 43, 57, and 75 mW, respectively, and offer a 60 dBFS SNR and 85 dBC SFDR at 70 MHz. The ADCs feature a self-sensing analog supply regulator, single-ended or differential clock inputs, analog inputs with a 0.4–1.4 V input common-mode range, an onboard clock divider, and integrated CMOS output termination resistors. Applications include ultrasound and medical imaging, portable instrumentation, and low-power DA systems.
