Distance Sensor Exploits Patented HDDM Technology

The Dx50-2 PRO distance sensor features a proprietary high-definition distance measurement (HDDM) platform that promises greater precision at longer sensing distances and an industry-leading operating temperature range and ambient light tolerance. The sensor provides measuring of ranges up to 10m on black targets, up to 30m on white targets, and deliver up to 3,000 distance values per second. It comes in a rugged housing that meets both IP 65 and IP 67 enclosure ratings and specifies an operating temperature range from -40°C to +65°C.
