Ready for military and automotive apps, the LT4320 diode bridge controller for 9V to 72V systems replaces a full-wave diode bridge rectifier with a low loss N-channel MOSFET bridge to reduce the power and voltage losses by a factor of ten or more. The H- and MP-grade versions operate over -40ºC to +125ºC and -55ºC to +125ºC temperature ranges, respectively. Features include 9V to 72V and dc to 600-Hz operation, 1.5-mA quiescent current, and eight-Pin DFN (3 mm x 3 mm), eight-Lead PDIP, and 12-Lead MSOP packages.
