Differential Pressure Sensor from Kavlico

Differential Pressure Sensor from Kavlico
Kavlico Corp.

Kavlico, Moorpark, CA, offers the aerospace-grade differential pressure (DP) sensor designed to monitor the pressure drop across a turbine-engine-style inlet air filter (inlet barrier filter). The device monitors filter health by detecting increases in pressure across the filter element. Pressure difference increases in proportion with the amount of filtrate captured by the filter. The sensor incorporates a piezoresistive sense element and is available in 0–1, ±1, ±5, and ±10 psid ranges. Operating temperature range is –40°C to 125°C, storage temperature range is –55°C to 150°C, accuracy is ±1.5% F.S., and operating voltage is 5–15 VDC. Output is 50 mV at 10 VDC excitation.
