BOSE and Engineering Excellence Awards

The 2015 Best of Sensors Expo Awards and Engineering Excellence Awards will focus on applications and innovations in the world of sensors, as well as excellence among engineers. These prestigious awards are presented by the Executive Editor of Sensors, Mat Dirjish, at Sensors Expo and Conference, taking place June 9-11 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, CA.

Introducing a NEW format this year, the Engineering Excellence Awards will be presented on Tuesday, June 9th at the Hyatt Long Beach during the Kick-Off Party. The Best of Sensors Expo Awards will be presented on Wednesday, June 10th during the 30th Anniversary Party on the Expo Floor.

Submissions will be accepted in the following categories:

Best of Sensors Expo Awards:

  • Innovation Award: Recognizes advances in sensor and sensor related technologies, either in the form of novel technologies or as significant improvements in exisiting technology. Click here to submit.
  • Application Award: For sensor applications, whether commercial or experimental. Nominated applications should use sensors, must be distinctive, must have the potential to change the way people work, and must serve a real need. Click here to submit.

Engineering Excellence Awards:

  • Engineering Team of the Year Award: Recognizes engineering teams working within the sensor indusry. Winners must have provided an outstanding contribution to the sensors industry, either through the development of sensor technology or by its application to address real-world problems.   • Rising Star Award: Recognizes a young engineer who is active within the sensors industry and has already contributed to advancing sensor technology or applications. Click here to submit.
